Where real change begins

At CalmMind, the focus is on understanding how your mind shapes your thoughts, patterns and experiences — and how these can be changed.
Through personalised hypnotherapy sessions, you’re guided to shift what’s been holding you back and create meaningful, lasting change.

I’ve always been fascinated by how much of our experience comes from within, and how powerful the mind can be when we learn to work with it rather than against it. Like many people, I’ve experienced how overwhelming thoughts and emotions can become, and how difficult it can be to create real, lasting change. That’s what led me to explore hypnotherapy and the deeper patterns behind the way we think, feel and respond.

Today, I help people gently shift the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves, creating space for something that feels more natural, more grounded and more like who they really are.

My approach is calm, supportive and always centred around you. I understand how difficult it can be to open up, especially when you’ve been carrying things quietly for a long time, trying to manage everything on your own.

This is a space where there is no pressure and no judgment, just time to slow down, feel safe and begin to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, allowing change to happen in a way that feels right for you.

You’re welcome to get in touch when you feel ready.

How Hypno-CBT works

Hypno-CBT combines two approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and hypnotherapy, to help you understand and change the patterns shaping your thoughts, behaviours and experiences.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, often called CBT, focuses on the way your thoughts, emotions and behaviours are connected. It helps you recognise patterns such as overthinking, self-doubt or habits that keep repeating, often without you fully realising it.

Hypnotherapy works a little differently. It allows you to access a more relaxed and focused state, where the mind becomes more open and responsive. This makes it easier to work with deeper patterns, the ones that are not always accessible through conscious thinking alone.

When these two approaches are combined, you are not only understanding what is happening on the surface, but also gently working with the deeper processes behind it.

This is what allows change to feel more natural, more aligned and more lasting, rather than something you have to constantly force or manage.

Experience and expertise

I completed my professional training at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in London, where I was awarded the Level 5 Diploma in Hypno-CBT.

This advanced training brings together clinical hypnosis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, allowing for a structured and effective way of working with the patterns that shape thoughts, behaviours and emotional responses.

By working on both conscious and subconscious levels, this approach goes beyond surface-level change, focusing on the underlying processes that create your experience.

I am fully qualified and insured, and remain committed to ongoing professional development to ensure the work I offer is both grounded and of the highest standard.

How I work

Working together is a gradual and personal process, shaped around you, your pace and what feels right for you in that moment. There is no fixed script and no expectation to share more than you feel comfortable with.

We begin by understanding what is happening for you, not just on the surface, but underneath it. The patterns, responses and experiences that may have been building over time, often quietly, without fully being noticed.

From there, sessions gently guide you into a more relaxed and focused state, where the mind becomes more open and responsive. You remain aware and in control throughout, simply allowing yourself to step out of the usual noise and into a space where things can begin to shift.

This is not about forcing change or trying to fix yourself. It is about creating the right conditions for change to happen naturally, in a way that feels steady, grounded and lasting.

Above all, this is a space where you can slow down, feel safe and begin to understand yourself in a different way, without pressure, without judgment, and without needing to have everything figured out.
