
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of hypnotherapy and coaching services, which are delivered as scheduled appointments and digital sessions, the standard 30-day return policy for physical goods does not apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
If you are running late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full session fee may apply.
Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
Session Packages
Session packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used. By purchasing a package, you are committing to the full programme.
Unused sessions must be used within a reasonable and agreed timeframe. Expired sessions may be forfeited.
Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
If a refund is agreed in exceptional circumstances, it will be issued using the original payment method.
Client Responsibility
By purchasing a session or package, you acknowledge that results may vary and that your progress depends on your own commitment and participation.
